MARKETING CASE STUDY – DELMAR SPRINKLER
Many SMB’s talk about evolving but many are all talk; not Delmar Sprinkler. This company leaned on word of mouth and loyal customers for decades, then home foreclosures and fleeing empty nesters depleted their contact list. To make matters worse their website did not generate new leads. Mike C., owner of Delmar Sprinkler then contacted EM360, and trench digging for a solid marketing foundation began.
With a diminishing CRM, Delmar needed to evolve quick. In order to re-establish a presence in the market we launched a fresh responsive, yet purposeful web design and optimized their local online listings. The new site’s layout, content and functionality differentiates them from their competitors. As for replenishing the CRM, a granular approach to their search and local listing campaign created monstrous growth. In Delmar’s first season partnering with EM360 their call volume forced them to hire a call center.
