Real­iz­ing the oppor­tu­ni­ty to cap­ture leads local­ly has moved away from tra­di­tion­al medi­ums Del­mar explored the world of mobile and search.

THE CHALLENGE

Many SMB’s talk about evolv­ing but many are all talk; not Del­mar Sprin­kler. This com­pa­ny leaned on word of mouth and loy­al cus­tomers for decades, then home fore­clo­sures and flee­ing emp­ty nesters deplet­ed their con­tact list. To make mat­ters worse their web­site did not gen­er­ate new leads. Mike C., own­er of Del­mar Sprin­kler then con­tact­ed EM360, and trench dig­ging for a sol­id mar­ket­ing foun­da­tion began.

MARKETING STRATEGY

With a dimin­ish­ing CRM, Del­mar need­ed to evolve quick. In order to re-estab­lish a pres­ence in the mar­ket we launched a fresh respon­sive, yet pur­pose­ful web design and opti­mized their local online list­ings. The new site’s lay­out, con­tent and func­tion­al­i­ty dif­fer­en­ti­ates them from their com­peti­tors. As for replen­ish­ing the CRM, a gran­u­lar approach to their search and local list­ing cam­paign cre­at­ed mon­strous growth. In Delmar’s first sea­son part­ner­ing with EM360 their call vol­ume forced them to hire a call center.
